The Shadow NFX-UK is an easy-to-install Nanoflex pickup and preamp for
ukulele. Nanoflex pickups not only respond to string vibrations, but
also sense the vibrations of the body of the instrument
simultaneously. This completed shielded system incorporates active
amplification in the pickup itself, which makes it 100% hum and noise
free. The flexible NFX-UK pickup mounts between the saddle and the
bridge. The attached, extremely light preamp mounts to the end of the
bridge for easy access to volume control.
